The deck overlooks a quiet quarry pond where you can sip coffee, unwind, and watch the water settle into its evening calm. It’s the perfect place for lake days, golf cart adventures, and slow mornings where you actually get to relax.

Inside, the condo has an easy, open layout that feels warm and inviting. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Bedroom Two: 1 Queen Bed & 1 Twin Bed

The kitchen and living area flow together, making it simple to cook, hang out, and enjoy time together. Step out onto the deck and you’ll find one of the best features of the condo: a peaceful view of the quarry pond that feels like your own little nature backdrop.

12 Cup drip coffee maker with coffee is provided. There is a washer and dryer available for use inside the condo.

You’re just a short walk from downtown KI, so everything is close and easy. The Quarry Condos are located right off the main downtown strip.

Golf cart rentals, restaurants, bars, and the ferry are all nearby.

The condo is in a quiet pocket of the island, even though it’s close to the action.

Great for couples, families, or friends who want a comfortable place to unwind between adventures.

Guests staying with us also receive access to the condo complex pool. The pool is open memorial day to labor day. Guests of ours also have access to the heated pool and hot tub at Kelleys Island Venture Resort. The pool at the hotel is open daily from 9AM to 9PM from Memorial Day to October 11. Please coordinate with us if you plan to use this option.
