Guests have access to the entire second floor apartment. There is no elevator in the building.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $40 cancellation fee. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.
