Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellation or alteration requests must be initiated through the channel or website that you booked with. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.
The side door is located directly off of the driveway. Please keep in mind when leaving, only lock the coded deadbolt, not to lock the bottom handle of the door - as you will not be able to enter without a key.
