- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—ideal for any crew, with one bedroom and bathroom conveniently located on the main deck (first floor).
- 110 foot long driveway for vehicle and boat parking.. and two car courtesy garage!

- Captain’s Quarters (Bedroom 1): Queen Bed & XL Twin Trundle (Second Floor)
- First Mate’s Cabin (Bedroom 2): Queen Bed (Second Floor)
- Crew’s Cabin (Bedroom 3): XL Twin Trundle (Main Deck)
- Additionally, there is an XL Queen Sleeper Sofa in the family room. (Main Deck)

Cancellation Policy:
50% of the reservation value is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled before 14 days of arrival are refundable in full, while reservations cancelled with 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
