The Las Olas Guest House

Our courtyard is great spot to hang out and socialize. With its charming ambiance and comfortable seating options, it's the ideal place to relax and catch up with loved ones. Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Las Olas, our guest house offers easy access to the best attractions, restaurants, and shops that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Whether you're looking to explore the beautiful beaches, indulge in delicious cuisine, or experience the lively nightlife, you'll find it all just moments away from our doorstep.

Room 1: Pool side room with king bed. (1st floor front)
Room 2: Pool view room with king bed (2nd floor front)
Room 3: Pool side room with king bed (1st floor front)
Room 4: Pool view room with king bed (2nd floor front)
Room 5: Queen room (1st floor side)
Room 6: King Room with couch (2nd floor back)
Room 7: King room with couch (1st floor back)
Room 8: King room (2nd floor back)
*Rooms 6 and 7 have a couch inside them. If you would like to add an additional guest to each of those rooms to total 18 people, that is fine.

Parking: The availability of parking spots is extremely limited, with only one parking spot allowed per reservation for each guest.

Pets: Pets are allowed and must be approved with host. A fee of $50 will be collected for each pet.

Pool: The pool is not heated, however this is Fort Lauderdale. Pool hours are 7am to midnight. No lifeguard on duty.

This listing is for the entire property and no other guests will be on site during your stay. The pool, courtyard and guest rooms will all be private to your group. Whether it's a birthday celebration, a family reunion, or a special gathering, our team is here to assist you in making your event a success.
