Parking: The availability of parking spots is extremely limited, with only one parking spot allowed per reservation for each guest.

Pool: The pool is not heated, however this is Fort Lauderdale. Pool hours are 7am to midnight. No lifeguard on duty.

This listing is for the entire property and no other guests will be on site during your stay. The pool, courtyard and guest rooms will all be private to your group.
